Recently our alliance has acquired residence in a far-off region in
null-sec. By far-off I mean high-sec is far from this location. This set
my mind to thinking; I have always been of the opinion that a pilot
with reasonable skills should be almost as effective with all T1
(Base Tech 1, meta zero) equipment with full fleet bonuses applied as
a pilot using T2 equipment. In addition I believe that the larger the
fleet size the the more insignificant the difference.
